Photocopy of a typewritten letter signed by Spencer W. Kimball, President of the Mormon Church and by the members of the First Presidency of the Mormon Church. The item was to be used as a guideline for local Mormon Church authorities when interviewing members for temple recommends or missionary service. The First Presidency gave its interpretation of unnatural, impure, or unholy practices which included oral sex.
